I know that I'm still somewhat distracted, but I usually try to not be on the phone in heavy traffic and such. Just as bad as the Texting Teens are the Blackberry Bureaucrats. Seriously. I can't stand it when I see people typing away on their blackberries while driving. Gah. LOLcat reference? Best ever!!!
